You must be at least 13 years old to use kaamX. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must not share your password with anyone
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Earning & Rewards
- Earnings are credited based on completed tasks as described on the platform
- kaamX reserves the right to modify reward rates at any time
- Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise
- Withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral or earning system
- Using automated bots or scripts to complete tasks
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems or data
6. Termination
kaamX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms. In cases of fraud or abuse, any pending balances may be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
kaamX is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
